We're committed to our careers as Real Estate Agents and have taken educational classes to specialize in certain areas of real estate. The e-PRO designation is important because we've learned to use so many tools that help us keep our clients very up-to-date on new listings, changes in financing and pretty much anything that's happening in this fast changing real estate environment. And while listing and selling a client's property is a large part of our business, we can also specialize in working as a buyer representative. This is important in our area for first time home buyers and for the out-of-town buyer coming here to buy a 2nd home. If you're unfamiliar with real estate transactions or unfamiliar with the area then it helps to have your own representative in your corner throughout the entire process. What is a REALTOR®?
